- Enforce bylaws
- Maintain common grounds
- Maintain mailboxes
- Represent home owners on the reciprocal easement committee
- Review building and architectural requests
- Coordinate with builder and adjacent condominium associations

At the annual meeting of home owners, a five (5) member board is elected. Home owners do not vote for individual positions. Once the board members are elected, the board determines who will fill each role.
